Proxy Form
The by-laws of the Lakeville Lake Property Owners Association allow a property owner to assign their voting rights to another property owner. Anyone wishing to exercise that right must fill out the following form and provide it to llpoa_sec@att.net by 10:00 p.m. the day prior to the meeting involved.
